Yadah

This little guy has quite an amazing story. He had no future, destined for his life to end before it started. He was an unborn foal, that was headed to Mexico for meat. Yadah and his mom were rescued just in time by Will and Lisa when they pulled Pretty Mama from a well known horse kill pen in Bastrop .

He was born June of 2016, perfect in every way, with an impressive natural gait. He has become a local attraction when visitors stay at The Wildwood Inn, and hear his story. No one can believe that such a beautiful horses could have such a fate.

Yadah will continue his training at Hosanna Horse Haven and serve as an ambassador for horse rescue. If you would like to support Yadah and his journey please make a donation in his honor.

Horse and Rider

Volunteering at a barn that offers therapeutic horsemanship can be a fulfilling experience for various reasons. Volunteers not only get to work with horses but also assist individuals with disabilities in enhancing their physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities. Volunteering can also provide a sense of purpose and satisfaction, as well as opportunities to acquire new skills and establish meaningful connections with others in the community.
